In UAE, Immigration Cards need to be renewed after every three years of their validity period. There is no fine for delaying the renewal of the immigration establishment card. However, the renewed cards will be issued from the last date of the last expiry.

Documents Required:
- Original Immigration Card (In case original Immigration Card is lost, attach police certificate along with the application.)
- Filled application
- Addendum's copy listing all the names of partners in case of LLC, issued from the Department of Economic Development.
- Trade License Copy
- A copy of the authorization to be attested by the Notary Public for authorized signatories. If it is mentioned in Article 9 of MoA, then a copy of the Memorandum of Association is enough.
- A Valid Tenancy Contract with EJARI online Registration Certificate.
- Company's location map in Arabic with phone number.
