Established by the Dubai Government, RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) provides various services related to all the road and transport. Businesses related to transport activities such as car rentals, sale of cars or bikes (new or pre-owned), imported cars or bikes (new/pre-owned), vehicle modification workshops, private taxis, garages, etc. need a NOC/approval from RTA. Then they can get the License from DED or any other licensing authority. SmartStep confides with RTA (Road & Transport Authority) Services and will assist you with the whole process.
Permits/NOC issued by RTA include:
- NOC for New Trade License Request
- Review Trade License Request
- Modify Trade License Information
- Update Trade License Information
- NOC for Renew Trade License Request
- NOC for Branding of Vehicle
Apart from these, RTA also provides permits for hosting events or functions when required by respective departments such as Dubai Police, DED, DTCM.
Note: For the issuance of the Permits or NOC, the RTA reserves the right to demand additional documents from the applicant wherever required, within the specified time. In case of failure to provide such documents, the application may be cancelled automatically.
